THE EFFECT OF TOO MUCH SUGAR
First off, before we go any further, I want you to read this post, let it change you, then check out how you get back on track with lemon water!
Sugars typically provide about 16 percent of the calories in the typical American diet, most of these sugars are primarily from soft drinks, fast food and desserts. This matches a considerable 18 to 26 teaspoons of extra sugar daily, based on a 1,800- to 2,600-calorie diet. Too much sugar in your diet would not only make you put on weight, but could adversely affect your health and well being.
Here are a few effects of too much sugar in the body system.
It is not strange that taking excessive sugar makes you put on weight. Excess sugar your body does not need at that time can simply be transformed to triglycerides, a form of fat that can then be stored around your waist and in your hips and thighs. Sugary drinks, like soft drinks and fruit-flavored punches, are the greatest offenders because their liquid calories tend not to affect satiety and can actually make you crave more. Over the years, countless researchers have validated the connection between sugar, particularly in beverages and weight problems.
The sugar you consume ultimately makes its way into your bloodstream where it can easily raise your blood sugar levels. The more sugar you consume, the more fluctuations you are going to have in your blood sugar levels.
One of the destructive outcomes of an eating routine loaded with sugar and other refined carbohydrates is that it makes you vulnerable to developing type two diabetes, In the event you already have diabetes be it type 1, type 2 or gestational, excessive sugar in the foods you eat can stop you from maintaining your blood sugar levels within a healthy range.

Impaired Immune System
Your immune system is among the most critical defense mechanisms the body system has against infections. Overeating sugar can significantly jeopardize the ability of your immune system to deal with viruses, bacteria and parasites.
One study outlined that, eating sugar, either from table sugar, honey or unsweetened orange juice would stress out the immune. When you consume sugar at every meal, it implies that your immune system is going to be functioning at half-capacity most of the day.
Besides raising your blood sugar levels, too much sugar could also lead to high insulin levels. Insulin is a hormone your pancreas releases as a reaction to soaring blood sugar levels. The more sugar and refined carbohydrates you consume, the more insulin your pancreas creates and chronically high insulin levels are linked to a greater risk of a number of cancers, heart diseases, polycystic ovarian syndrome, acne and even myopia.
Lowering your sugar intake can help you reduce your insulin levels as well as your risk of developing these chronic ailments.
The cravings to consume or take pleasure in sugary foods have invariably been there, especially with the wide variety of processed foods and fast foods all over the place. Nearly all sugar cravings arise on account of an emotional challenge and must be treated with utmost attention.
